The festivities, held near Police Headquarters, kicked off at 5 p.m. and continued until approximately 8:15 p.m. on Halloween day.

Mayor Vauss, in his continued dedication to the community, sponsored bags of candy-filled goody bags for the kids, ensuring that every child went home with a sweet treat.
