On September 13, 2023, an extensive investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office's Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Unit culminated in a 28-count indictment against five individuals, exposing their alleged involvement in drug distribution activities across Atlantic County.

The primary accused, Marlow Guerrier, 34, of Somers Point, has been slapped with multiple charges, including maintaining a narcotics production facility and possessing firearms while committing a narcotics crime.

Guerrier, who also worked as a barber in Pleasantville, is believed to have used several residences in Atlantic County as stash points for his narcotics operations.

These premises reportedly housed drugs, firearms, and the illicit earnings from drug sales.

Holli Carter, 39, from Galloway Township, faces similar charges, including maintaining a narcotics production facility and possession of hollow-point ammunition.

Meanwhile, Tiahana Jordan, 34, also of Somers Point, has been indicted for offenses ranging from cocaine possession to money laundering.

Additionally, Richelle Hall, 54, and Kaleem Boone, 35, both from Egg Harbor Township, have been charged in relation to the possession and intent to distribute fentanyl.

Highlighting the scale of this operation, on June 22, authorities confiscated $90,590 in cash, three semi-automatic handguns, narcotics packaging materials, and significant amounts of cocaine and fentanyl.

Additionally, equipment believed to be used for counting large sums of money was also seized.

Guerrier and Carter are currently being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility, while Jordan, Hall, and Boone have been released on summons.

All five defendants are scheduled for arraignment before Honorable Donna M. Taylor, J.S.C., in the Superior Court later this month.
