NJ Lottery officials announced one New Jersey Lottery ticket matched five of the five white balls drawn for the Monday, August 28, drawing winning the $1,000,000 second-tier prize.
According to officials, that ticket was purchased with the Power Play option, multiplying the prize to $2,000,000, and was sold at Gary’s Sweet Shoppe, 444 West Side Avenue, Jersey City in Hudson County.
The winning numbers for the Monday drawing were: 04, 06, 25, 55, and 68, officials say.
The Red Power Ball number was 26, and the Power Play was 2X.
Officials said 25,281 New Jersey players took home an estimated $133,822 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.
