We were talking with a marriedpreneur couple the other week who was struggling to scale their business.
Their problem wasn't around HOW to grow but how NOT to leave money on the table by implementing the right business systems to automate their processes.
They lacked business systems to automate and streamline to free up their time to focus on their actual wealth roles. Daily business structure is comprised of systems that do the heavy lifting.
If you're in a position in your business where you are increasing in profitability but constantly putting out fires and dropping important balls, this is for you!
Here are the common red flags:
🚩#1: Wearing ALL the hats: yes, there is a SLIVER of time for this at the very beginning, but the issue arises when you stay in this position too long, loaded down, doing the things that don't push the needle forward but require your time and energy
🚩#2: Missing Appointments/ Or Following Up: When there is a cycle of missed appointments and/or not following up with someone you said you would, that's a sure sign it's time to uplevel the daily business structure
🚩#3:Very Little To No Nurture Sequence: When you work with a client but don't have a system that increases the client's lifetime value, you're definitely leaving money on the table. Acquiring a new customer requires trust, consistency, and even a marketing budget at times.
It's the most challenging aspect of a business, so why not have an automated nurture and upsell system that increases profitability from one client?
Implementing a new structure can be a messy process. But we'll share more practical steps in tomorrow's article.
These are only 3 of those red flags to look out for. If you're a marriedpreneuer couple and can identify with one (or all of these points), there is good news. It's time to uplevel your business structure, and we can help! Just schedule a free success-mapping call with us here.
Here's to living purposefully, powerfully, and profitably in sync,
