No injuries were reported in a shots-fired incident in Newark's North Ward Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 30's block of Summer Avenue around 1 p.m.
When cops arrived at the scene, they found multiple shell casings, but no victims were found after a search of the area.
Newark's Shooting Response Team assisted with the investigation, but no arrests have been reported.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
