Newark Police requests the public’s help with identifying a suspect, who was captured on surveillance video removing several items from Newton School on July 10.
Police responded to the incident, which occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m.
Authorities say several items, including sneakers, tools, and a tent, were taken by the suspect, who was on surveillance video walking inside of the building.
The suspect is described as a light skin Black male, who was wearing a surgical mask, a blue stripe T-shirt underneath an orange reflective vest, a fitted cap with a logo on the front, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
