A female vehicle driver involved in a crash in Newark’s downtown suffered non-life-threatening injuries Saturday morning.
It happened at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Market Street just before 11:20 a.m.
Police arrived at the scene and found two severely damaged vehicles involved in a collision, with one of the cars overturned near the courthouse side of Market Street.
The woman was taken to an area hospital to treat bumps and bruises, but no serious injuries were reported.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
