One person was transported to the hospital after police found the individual suffering a stab wound Tuesday night in Chatham Township.
It happened around 10:15 p.m. at an address in the 70's block of Buxton Road.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the victim suffering a stab wound to their neck.
Police say the victim was transported to Morristown Medical Center for treatment and is reportedly in stable condition.
One person was detained at the scene, but no official charges have been announced.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
