6 Month Reflections: No Regrets As Marriedpreneurs

New Jersey

Q3 MasterclassBy: O.L./Sway Buckley

It feels like we just crossed into the new year and are now at the halfway mark.

If you're reading this, you've been blessed with the gift of time.

Another breath.

Another opportunity to steward time well.

As married entrepreneurs especially, our plates overflow with responsibilities, obligations, and just life. It takes a lot to show up well to everything.

But this six-month mile marker is the perfect time to pause, reflect, show gratitude, and grow.

Marriedpreneur LifeNow is the best time to be aware of the speed of time and consider personally and together what (if anything) needs to change?

We frequently use this question in our home, not because we may have forgotten the last answer but because we don't want to live a reactive life. We desire to be fully present and fully aware, and awake.

That means we can't build Rome in a day.

It may take a lifetime.

And we're ok with that.

In a quickly happening (and noisy) world, it requires discipline and mental sobriety not to be emotionally distracted and swept away by the headlines and fear tactics. For us, this means intentionally slowing down to build a legacy worth building.

It may seem counterculture and as if there is little to no value in building slowly, but the truth is it requires more patience that consistently produces the fruit of clarity and no regrets.

Operating Systems Checklist

❌ No regrets of chasing shiny objects.

❌ No regrets of being 'distracted' by the ones who matter most.

❌ No regrets of going at our pace on our own terms.

❌ No regrets at all.

What do you want to have no regrets about?
