Police reported no serious injuries in a shots-fired incident in Newark's West Ward overnight.
At approximately 12:30 a.m., police responded to reports of shots fired near 26 Boylan Street.
Units arrived at the scene and found several shell casings, but after cops searched the area, no victims were found.
The suspect fled the scene after shooting at individuals on Boylan Street.
No arrests have been reported.
