Authorities in Newark request the public’s help identifying a suspect who took a victim’s purse from the front seat of her vehicle on June 13.
According to Newark Police, officers responded to the incident, which occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 80 block of Shipman St.
Police say the suspect was captured on surveillance video opening the unlocked door of the victim’s vehicle and taking her purse.
