If you haven't noticed, this week, we're leaning into the different aspects of content creation for business growth and the wealth of roles to consider for each.
One of the primary tools that help us with high efficiency (and peacefulness in the process) is implementing wealth roles. (This process may or may not be relevant to you, but hopefully, you can glean and apply the principles).
Each content creation season is a little different and requires a different focus, but as long as we keep communicating our needs, it always works out.
To be honest, it was a clunky process at first.
That's to put it nicely.
We wondered if it was even possible to have a smooth process.
I would often regret even trying because of how much our differences in how to execute the tasks clashed. It was something that I personally did not look forward to, but we both knew we needed to crack the code to grow.
We second-guessed ourselves more than we'd like to admit. But we never allowed the doubt to stop us in our tracks. We just kept building because that was the only way we would know if it would work.
We started to see little glimmers of light, and that gave us the motivation to keep going. (Note: Your perspective matters in the overall drive to accomplish a goal).
For us, our new goal was to have an efficient (and peaceful) process to work together in the area of content creation.
I've mentioned before how I would expect my husband to do certain things just like me; this included content creation. 🙃 But I soon realized that expectation was only causing frustration.
So this is what we did:
- Determined The Goal Together (What makes the most sense based on your capacity and the easiest way to get it down?)
- Set A Execution Schedule (and stick to it!)
- Have a Brain Dump Process (be open to differences)
- Produce It: (Be flexible with the 'how.')
- Publish and Promote It: (Go live with it and review)
This process will look different for each couple based on your marriedpreneur type and your capacity. That's not a problem. Just keep at it. Keep communicating. Keep meeting.
