Authorities in Passaic County are investigating the circumstances behind a stabbing that left a person wounded inside a restaurant in Little Falls Saturday morning.
Police were called to Chela's Restaurant and Bar, located at 131 Newark Pompton Turnpike, around 1:25 a.m.
Units arrived at the scene and found an unidentified person suffering stab wounds inside the establishment.
The victim was taken to an area hospital to treat the non-fatal injury while police continued investigating the motive behind the attack.
No arrests have been immediately reported.
