Police reported severe injuries for a male struck by a vehicle in Jersey City Monday.
It happened around midnight in the area of 225 Newark Avenue.
Police requested EMS to rush to the location after they found the victim suffering a severe head injury after a car struck him around midnight.
He was taken to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and listed in critical condition.
The driver did not remain at the scene.
