I you are leaving out the house early, and while the temperature may be a bit chilly, sunshine and low humidity should make for a pleasant day for outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, or biking.
However, residents should take care when walking or driving in the area as the strong winds may make it difficult to maintain control.
National Weather Service officials said the wind chill, the temperature felt on exposed skin due to the combination of wind and temperature, is 46°F.
Forecasters advise wearing light jackets or windbreakers to avoid feeling too cold.
In the Newark region, the weather conditions are likely to be similar.
Make it a great day in New Jersey.
