Police are trying to determine the location of a shooting that injured a male in Jersey City this afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Harrison and Bergen avenues to investigate reports of a person shot shortly before 3:25 p.m.
Several police units arrived and found the victim inside a vehicle suffering a bullet wound to his mouth.
He was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment while police searched the area for other possible victims.
No other injuries were reported and the suspect remains at large.
