UPDATE: Bridgeton Man Succumbs to Injuries After Burlington Dump Truck Crash

Police have release the identity of the Bridgeton man who died at a Trenton hospital today after a crash with a dump truck in the City of Burlington.

On Monday, April 13, at approximately 3:45 a.m., the City of Burlington Police Department was dispatched to the area of Route 130 and High Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash between a dump truck and a vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Angel Moreno, 26, of Bridgeton, NJ, and had recently moved to Maple Shade within the past few weeks.

Angel Moreno died from his injuries today at Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton.

The driver of the dump truck, a 53-year-old Pennsylvania man sustained minor injuries and was treated on the scene.

His name is being withheld at this time due to the ongoing investigation.

The investigation surrounding the crash is being conducted by the City of Burlington Police Department Traffic Unit and Criminal Investigation Division with assistance from the Burlington Township Police Department Traffic Unit.

No charges have been filed at this time with the investigation ongoing.
