Police in Newark believe that a pair of armed thieves who robbed a gas station in Harrison are now wanted for holding up several gas stations on the border late Thursday.
In one of the incidents, officers responded to reports of a gas station robbery in the area of McCarter Highway around 10:40 p.m.
Upon arrival, employees told police that three suspects with a gun arrived in a silver Kia Forte and demanded cash from employees.
The suspects fled the scene on McCarter Highway after the robbery.
No injuries were reported.
