Police in Newark seek the public’s help locating Ms. Chloe Ferrel, 38, of Newark, who was reported missing on February 15, 2023.
According to police, Ms. Ferrel was last seen in the 200 block of West Runyon Street wearing a gray coat and slippers.
Police said Ferrel is described as 5’9” tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
She is diagnosed with Schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar disorder.
