Police are reporting no suspicious activity after a male was found dead inside a restaurant in downtown Newark Friday morning.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the Dunkin Donuts located at 707 Broad Street to investigate reports of an unconscious person just before 11 a.m.
Upon arrival, police found the unresponsive male inside the restaurant, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Store employees believed the man was asleep after he stayed in the restaurant for over an hour.
No foul play has been reported.
