Police in Newark seek the public’s help in locating Ms. Alice Ratliff, 70, of Newark, who was reported missing on Saturday, January 14.
According to police, Ms. Ratliff was last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the 500 block of South 18th Street.
Police say Ratliff is described as 5’7” tall and 130 pounds and was wearing a white coat, light blue jeans, burgundy hat and scarf, and white and gold sneakers.
