Police are investigating a crash that caused a car to roll over and overturn in a neighborhood in Newark Sunday night.
Residents in the 300 block of 7th Avenue West said police were following a vehicle that sped through the community just before the driver lost control and crashed around 7:40 p.m.
The impact of the crash caused the car to roll over and then slam into a utility pole at the intersection of North 6th Street and 7th Avenue West.
EMS was called to the scene, but no severe injuries were reported.
The incident is under investigation.
