The brazen broad daylight robbery happened near the intersection of Forest and Clinton place shortly before 1 p.m.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the victim, who told them that suspects armed with a gun stole several personal items, including a black bubble jacket, before fleeing the scene northbound on Clinton Place.
Authorities described the suspects as two Black men. One was armed with a gun and wore a beige bubble jacket, red hoodie, and blue jeans.
Police believe the other assailant wore a gray hoodie and black pants. EMS arrived at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
