Chief Harry Earle and Chief Rafael Muniz of the Washington Township Police Department announced the arrest of four Gloucester County residents.
The four suspects were charged with multiple counts of theft and criminal mischief after a month-long joint investigation conducted by the Gloucester Township and Washington Township Police Departments.
Beginning February 19, 2015 through March 29, 2015, the suspects struck multiple business parks and buildings throughout the area. The suspects would disconnect air conditioner units from the buildings and dismantle to scrap them for their parts.
Specifically, they would remove the copper and other metal parts which were later taken to area scrap yards in exchange for cash.
Twelve victims in the Lakeside Business Park located off of Williamstown Road in Gloucester Township reported the theft of twenty four air conditioner units with several others that were damaged but not removed.
Nineteen victims in Washington Township reported the theft of another twenty four air conditioner units in four different locations.
During this investigation, suspect information was developed by Detectives of the Criminal Investigations Units of both police departments which lead to the arrest of the 4 suspects.

Amanda M. Dicicco, 24, Sewell
Charges: 19 Counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and 22 Counts of Theft 3rd Degree. Bail: $10,000.00 Full Cash.
Jessica L. Belh, 19, of Monroeville
Charges: 19 Counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and 22 Counts of Theft 3rd Degree. Bail: $10,000.00 Full Cash.
