Bergen County officials announced charges against Scott Lieberman , 61, of Franklin Lakes, for reckless manslaughter.
Officials say, on Saturday, June 25, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Teaneck Police Department was notified of a motor vehicle collision in the area of Windsor Road and Briarcliffe Road.
A 92-year-old victim was transported to Holy Name Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased due to injuries sustained in the collision.
The Teaneck Police Department then contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Investigation Unit for assistance.
The ensuing investigation revealed that a 2022 Ferrari operated by Scott Lieberman struck the victim’s vehicle resulting in his death.
As a result of the investigation, on October 4, Scott Lieberman was charged with second-degree reckless manslaughter.
