The Lodi Police Departments’ Narcotics Division arrested Edwin Rodriguez following a two-week narcotics investigation in which Rodriguez made several hand to hand transactions in the Borough of Lodi.
Lodi Detectives with the assistance of the Garfield Police Department Detectives obtained a search warrant for Rodriguez’s residence.
Lodi Police and Garfield Police Detectives executed the search warrant today at 111 Elizabeth Street, Garfield. The search warrant yielded approximately two ounces of marijuana, $680.00 in cash, a scale used to weigh the CDS and drug paraphernalia.
Rodriguez was charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and distribution of CDS 1000 feet of a school.
His bail was at $35,000 no 10% option.
Charges are pending from Garfield.
