A reported carjacking at gunpoint that took place overnight has police in Newark searching for the suspects responsible.
Police were called to the area of South Orange Ave. and Richelieu Terrace shortly before 11 p.m. for a reported carjacking. Upon arrival, authorities began a search for a 2003 Infinity G35 with NJ license plate numbers "T70-EXP" taken by two black males who were armed with a weapon.
There were no reported injuries.
