Middlesex County officials reported that the Woodbridge Police Department and Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office responded to a shooting on Soren Street.
On Wednesday, at 4:37 P.M. Woodbridge Police officers responded to Soren Street after receiving a 911 call about an unresponsive female lying on a front lawn.
Upon arrival, it was determined two people were deceased at the scene.
Officials said at this stage of the investigation and based upon what is known to law enforcement at this point, the incident is being investigated as a murder/suicide.
Authorities have determined that there is no threat to the public.
