Morris County officials reported the arrest of Ludwin Luna-Grande by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Special Enforcement Unit / Narcotics Task Force and the Randolph Police Department.
Officials said on August 8, members of the Narcotics Task Force, Randolph Police Department and the Roxbury Police Department conducted an operation that resulted in the arrest of Luna-Grande and the seizure of approximately 500 grams of cocaine, within Randolph Township.
According to Morris County authorities, Ludwin Luna-Grande, 42, of West New York was charged with the following crimes and lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility in accordance with bail reform:
• Distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35- 5a(1)b(1), a crime of the first degree. • Possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5A(1)B(1), a crime of the first degree. • Possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35- 10a(1), a crime of the third degree.
This investigation was conducted by the Morris County Narcotics Task Force, including Task Force Officer Bryan Blauvelt, who is assigned to the task force from the Randolph Police Department.
A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite these accusations, the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they have each been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law
