Hudson County detectives are investigating the motive behind a shooting that injured a male in Jersey City Sunday night.
Gunfire rang out in the area of Harmon Street and Arlington Avenue around 10:10 p.m., prompting a police investigation.
Upon arrival, police found a male victim suffering a bullet wound in his stomach at that location.
He was transported to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and remained in stable condition.
The suspect fled the scene at is at large.
