Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Lamelle Pulley, 37, of Englewood, on charges of aggravated explicit assault, explicit assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.
According to Prosecutor Musella, on Tuesday, August 2, the Englewood Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged explicit assault of a minor.
An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Englewood Police Department revealed that Pulley explicitly assaulted the minor, who was 15 years old or younger at the time, in Englewood, on one occasion.
As a result of the investigation, on Tuesday, August 2, Pulley was arrested in Paramus and charged with aggravated explicit assault, explicit assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Pulley was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
