Police in Jersey City are looking to arrest an armed suspect who gunned down a male in a section of the city Saturday night.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. in the vicinity of 199 Woodlawn Avenue.
Officers arrived and requested EMS to rush to the scene after they found a male suffering a severe gunshot wound in his leg.
The victim was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment at remained at the hospital.
Police said no arrests had been made, and a potential suspect was not identified.
