Authorities have a person in custody, suspected of robbing the a Provident Bank in Jersey City this afternoon.
According to initial reports, the man who police believe robbed the bank shortly before 1 p.m., was arrested in the area of Bergen and Bentley Avenues after he allegedly used a public bus as his getaway vehicle.
It is not clear at this time, if suspect was armed at the time of the robbery.
