Authorities in Paterson are investigating the motive behind a shooting that sent two individuals to the hospital Saturday night.
According to police, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired in the vicinity of 214 East 26th Street.
When police arrived at the scene, they found two victims suffering bullet wounds.
According to reports, one of the individuals was struck in the arm while the other victim suffered a bullet wound in the leg.
EMS rushed both victims to St. Joseph's Medical Center for treatment with non-life threatening injuries.
The motive for the shootings is under investigation.
