Newark Police request the public’s help with identifying the suspects, who robbed a victim of his cell phone and money on January 31.
According to police, the victim, who went to the 5th Precinct to file a report, told police he was robbed by two Black males wearing ski masks around 10:43 p.m. inside a building in the 400 block of Irvine Turner Boulevard.
Police said that after they took his cellphone and money, the suspects ran westbound on W. Alpine towards Ridgewood Avenue.
Newark Police urge anyone with information about these suspects to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
