Jersey City police are looking for a suspect wanted for an overnight commercial armed robbery.
At approximately midnight, police were dispatched to the Papa John's Pizzeria located in the 700 block of Grand Street to investigate reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, police were informed by employees that a black male suspect entered the establishment armed with a gun and announced a robbery.
The suspect took an unknown amount of proceeds before fleeing the scene on foot.
Police say the suspect wore a brown jacket with a hoodie under it.
There were no physical injuries reported.
