Police are investigating a Newark South Ward stabbing incident that sent a person to the hospital on Tuesday evening.
It happened just before 9:20 p.m. in the single-digit block of Osborne Terrace.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found an unidentified male suffering a non-fatal stab injury at that location.
The victim was transported to University Hospital for treatment and is expected to recover.
Police have not released a motive for the attack at this time.
