The search in on for a 12-year-old girl that "left" a city's West Ward home and did not return.
Diamond (DYMOND) Chell, a 4'5", 150 lb. dark complexion hispanic female with dark eyes and dark hair did not return to her home located in the 400 block of South 17th Street when she was last seen early Wednesday morning at around 6 a.m.
