Passaic County officials announced that at approximately 4:54 p.m. on Tuesday, Paterson were dispatched to the area of Levine and Camden streets on a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, police located a potential crime scene and a 31-year-old male Paterson resident who had sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.
Police said the victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
