Law enforcement agencies throughout the nation have become aware of activity on social media platforms discussing the possibility of violent acts occurring at schools tomorrow.
Local, county and state police agencies in NJ encourage anyone with information about a possible threat to schools, houses of worship, business, or any establishment to contact their local police department and/or school resource officer so concerns can immediately be investigated.
Despite the threats made on the internet, police around the country reported no incidents on Friday.
"If You See Something, Say Something™" is a national campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement.
