Authorities in Burlington County are looking into a crash that killed one person and sent at least one other person to the hospital, suffering severe injuries Thursday night.
It happened around 9:50 p.m. at the intersection of Rancocas Lane and Lakehurst Road.
Police say emergency responders arrived at the scene and found a vehicle involved in a violent crash with trapped occupants.
One of the victims was pronounced at the scene while rescue crews airlifted the other victim to the hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
