Police in Trenton are searching for a suspect who fired a weapon that struck and injured a person Saturday.
Early morning gunfire erupted near 931 Chambers Street around 1 a.m. prompting a police investigation.
Officers arrived at the scene and found a severely injured unidentified victim at that location.
Officials say the victim was rushed to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where doctors treated life-threatening injuries.
The motive for this shooting is under investigation and the suspect remains at large.
