Police in Newark are on the search for suspects wanted for an armed carjacking on the border of the city's West and Central wards Friday.
It happened around 8 p.m. near 189 14th Avenue.
Police arrived at the scene and searched for a white 2015 Chrystler 200 taken at gunpoint by a black male suspect.
The vehicle has reported NJ licenses plate numbers "J69-LCU."
There were no physical injuries reported.
