Police in Newark request the public’s help in identifying the below suspect in an assault that occurred on Sunday, October 10, 2021.
Police said at approximately 11 p.m., a male victim was assaulted following a quarrel with another male he knows while in the 100 block of Fleming Avenue.
According to police, the suspect joined in the assault, which rendered the victim unconscious.
The victim arrived at University Hospital for treatment of a black eye.
Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help in quickly identifying this suspect as part of their investigation.
Police said the suspect is described as 5’6” tall and 190 lbs. He wore a multi-colored sweater.
