An unidentified person suffered non-fatal injuries in a New Brunswick stabbing incident Friday night.
According to a preliminary investigation, police responded to an address in the 100 block of Remsen Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person shortly before midnight.
Upon arrival, police requested EMS after locating the victim suffering a stab wound in their leg.
The injured was transported to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center for treatment and is expected to survive.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
No arrests have been reported.
