NJ State Police and Jersey City Police are seeking the public assistance in locating 15-year old Masahiro Hisamatsu a Japanese exchange student that participated in the Pastoral Care Program at St. Peter's College in Jersey City. Police say that the group went on a trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art located on 85th Street in Manhattan where the group started out on the number 5 train around 4:30 on July 24, 2013. Officials say that during the transition from the number 5 train to the to the R train where the group transferred to on 59th Street, Hisamatsu became dislodged from the group and hasn't been seen located. Hisamatsu is described as a 5'10", 165 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue LL Bean t-shirt, brown long pants, white sneakers and prescription glasses. Police are asking anyone that locates the child to contact NJ State Police or Jersey City Police.
