Passaic County authorities reported that at approximately 9:22 p.m., on Friday, September 10, police responded to the area of 1813 Route 23 South, Wayne, in response to a motorcycle crash.
According to authorities. Mr. Serge Lozowsky, 50, of Caldwell, was operating a 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle, when he failed to navigate the roadway and crashed into the island.
Medical personnel pronounced Mr. Lozowsky dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in this collision, officials said.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
