Two New Jersey Lottery tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Saturday, August 21, drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize.
Lottery officials said the tickets were sold at the following locations.
- Essex County: Scotland Arms Liquors, 711-713 Scotland Rd., Orange and
- Essex County: Carousel Convenience Store, 96 Harrison Ave., West Orange.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, August 21, the drawing were:
16, 28, 36, 39, and 59. The Red Power Ball number was 04.
Officials said the Multiplier number was 02. 36,700 New Jersey players took home an estimated $184,432 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200.
The Powerball jackpot rolled to $293,000,000 for the next drawing, held Monday, August 23, at 10:59 pm.
