Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes announces that Clifton Police Officer Frank Castro-Ramirez, 40, of Clifton, has been indicted on multiple counts of explicit contact with a minor.
According to Prosecutor Valdes, a Passaic County Grand Jury has returned an indictment charging Mr. Castro-Ramirez with explicit contact with a minor that took place at a residence in Clifton.
Prosecutor Valdes said that Mr. Castro-Ramirez was indicted on Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact.
