NJ State Police temporarily closed a section of NJ-31 to investigate a crash that killed one person Saturday.
The early morning crash happened around 3:17 a.m. in the vicinity of 238 NJ-31.
Officials said emergency responders arrived at the crash scene and found one severely injured person who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police officials said the investigation into the incident is in its preliminary stages and further information will be available later Saturday morning.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
